On the 10th of each month the National Association of Realtors (NAR) releases housing market statistics for the previous month. For your convenience, I provide my own analysis and pare the numbers down a bit so you can get a more local snapshot of what’s happening.
Especially now, in a somewhat tough housing market, it makes sense to stay on top of the numbers so you can make an informed decision about either purchasing or selling.
